Jai Balaji Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window as per SEBI Regulations

Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting where the results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
