Jai Mata Glass: Open Offer for 26% stake at ₹1.85

Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd, acting as Manager to the Offer, has announced a public offer on behalf of Mr. Ashwani Gulati, Ms. Kiran Gulati, and M/s Veerasha Trust to acquire up to 2,60,00,000 equity shares, representing 26.00% of Jai Mata Glass Ltd's paid-up equity share capital. The offer price is set at ₹1.85 per equity share. This open offer is being made pursuant to SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquirers are also party to a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire an additional 44.57% stake from existing promoters.
