Jai Mata Glass: Open Offer for 26% Stake at ₹1.85 Per Share

Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Letter of Offer to the BSE on behalf of Mr. Ashwani Gulati, Ms. Kiran Gulati, and M/s Veerasha Trust. The acquirers propose to acquire up to 2,60,00,000 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the paid-up equity share capital of Jai Mata Glass Ltd, at a price of ₹1.85 per share.
