Jaihind Synthetics Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q3 & Nine Months Ended Dec 31, 2025

Jaihind Synthetics Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results will be intimated in due course. All Designated Persons, including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives, have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the Trading Window Closure Period.
