Jain Resource Recycling appoints internal & cost auditors

Jain Resource Recycling Ltd has appointed M/s.SKK & Co. and M/s. RKVT and Co. as Joint Internal Auditors, and Mr. B. Venkateswar as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointments were approved during the Board Meeting held on May 18, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Bibhu Kalyan Rauta resigned as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 20, 2026. The company plans to set up a new plastic recycling facility with an estimated capex of ₹15 crores, expected to be operational by Q3 FY27.
