Jain Resource Recycling Appoints Two Independent Directors

Jain Resource Recycling Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Kajal Mayur Saiya and Mr. Prakash Kumar Behra as Independent Directors. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval and are intended to fill casual vacancies created by the resignations of Ms. Revathi Raghunathan and Mr. Kandaswamy Paramasivan. Ms. Saiya's appointment fills the vacancy left by Ms. Raghunathan, effective August 22, 2026, until March 18, 2028. Mr. Behra's appointment fills the vacancy left by Mr. Paramasivan, also effective August 22, 2026, until March 18, 2028. The company also noted the reconstitution of its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
