Jain Resource Recycling: Independent Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Jain Resource Recycling Ltd announced the resignation of Ms. Revathi Raghunathan as an Independent Director, effective August 19, 2026, due to personal reasons. Concurrently, the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Kajal Mayur Saiya as an Independent Woman Director to fill the casual vacancy until March 18, 2028, subject to member approval. The company also appointed Mr. Prakash Kumar Behra as an Independent Director to fill another vacancy. The Board re-constituted the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee following these changes.
