Jainco Projects India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also decided to convene the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The notice for the AGM, annual report, and arrangements for remote e-voting, including the appointment of a scrutinizer, were also approved. The proposal for the re-appointment of Shri Sumit Bhansali as Managing Director was also considered.
