Jainex Aamcol Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Connected Persons/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Financial Results has not been announced yet. All Connected/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure.
