Adani Power acquires 24% stake in Jaiprakash Power Ventures for ₹2,993 Cr

Adani Power Limited has acquired 24% of the equity shares of Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited (JPVL) on May 21, 2026. This acquisition involved 1,64,48,30,118 shares from Jaiprakash Associates Limited (JAL) for a total consideration of ₹2,993,59,08,147.6.
