Jaiprakash Power Ventures Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 1, 2026, for the purpose of considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. During this period, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares and securities.
