Jamna Auto Recommends ₹1.50 Dividend; Approves FY26 Results

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd's board approved the audited financial results (consolidated and standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, subject to member approval. The board also approved a revision in the remuneration of Mr. S.P.S.
