Rajesh Damani Acquires 62.89% Stake in Jamshri Realty via Gift

Rajesh Damani has acquired a significant 62.89% stake in Jamshri Realty Limited through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift from promoters. This transaction, involving 43,93,960 shares, is exempt from open offer requirements under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI SAST Regulations. The transfer was made without consideration to an immediate relative of the promoter. An earlier disclosure under Regulation 10(5) was made on August 31, 2026.
