Janus Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the September 2025 quarter. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The closure is due to the finalization of accounts for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025. The trading window will remain closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and any person having a contractual or fiduciary relationship with the company from the 1st of October, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter. All designated persons have been advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period.
