Janus Corporation Ltd Closes Trading Window for June 2025 Quarter

Janus Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The closure is to facilitate the finalization of accounts for the quarter. The trading window will remain closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and any person having a contractual or fiduciary relationship with the company from the 1st of July, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter. Designated persons have been advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period.
