Balkrishna Salunkhe Acquires 2.04% Stake in Jaro Institute

Balkrishna Namdeo Salunkhe, identified as a Promoter, has acquired 4,55,098 equity shares, representing 2.04% of the total share capital, in Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited. This acquisition was made through an off-market transaction on June 09, 2026. Following this acquisition, Salunkhe's total holding in the company increased to 9,12,196 equity shares, amounting to 4.10% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 2,22,70,387 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
