Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe, a promoter of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited, has acquired 20,018 equity shares of the company on August 26, 2026. This acquisition, made through the open market, has increased his total shareholding to 55.38% of the total equity share capital.
