Jaro Institute: Promoter Sanjay Salunkhe acquires 709 shares, stake now 55.57%

Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe, a promoter of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd, has disclosed an acquisition of shares. Through an open market transaction on September 16, 2026, Salunkhe acquired 709 equity shares. This acquisition increased his total shareholding from 7,23,78,222 shares (55.56%) to 7,23,78,931 shares (55.57%) of the company's total share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
