
Jasch Industries Ltd. Finalizes Supply Agreement, Launches New Product, and Expands Capacity
Jasch Industries Ltd. has made several significant updates. The company has finalized a supply and quality assurance agreement with a registered supplier of coated fabrics to a renowned car maker. Samples from Jasch Industries have been approved, marking a shift from imported coated fabrics for car interiors. Additionally, the company has purchased about 3 acres of land and ordered four imported (used) PVC/PU coated fabrics lines, estimating a cost of Rs. 28 crores for setting up an additional plant in Sonipat Distt (Haryana). Capacity addition will be intimated to the BSE when it occurs. Jasch Industries has also launched a new product, a lamination adhesive within the existing capacity of PU resins. The product category is PU adhesive, with no capacity addition or additional investment involved. After test marketing, it has been launched in India on the occasion of Diwali (01-11-2024), and is expected to cater to both domestic and international markets.
