Jash Engineering Ltd. has announced the formation of 'Rodney Hunt Mahr Industries' in Saudi Arabia, a fully owned subsidiary. The company has received the commercial registration certificate and plans to apply for industrial land in Dammam 3 Industrial area. The plant is expected to be ready in 10-12 months, with commercial production starting by 1st July 2027. The Saudi market for Water, Waste Water, Desalination and Storm Water is projected to grow substantially, providing Jash Engineering Ltd. with a preference in purchase and price against non-Saudi suppliers. This move is part of the company's proactive response to mitigate the uncertain American business situation. The company expects to become a major player in the Saudi market with revenue exceeding Rs 100 crores by 2030.
