Tushar Kharpade, Company Secretary of Jash Engineering Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 1300 equity shares through on-market transactions. The disposal occurred on June 22, 2026. Prior to this transaction, Mr. Kharpade held 2.60% of the company's total share capital. After the disposal, his holding reduced to 2.60% (approximately 1,300 shares), with the total share capital remaining at 6,31,93,720 equity shares.
