Jatalia Global Ventures Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced the successful conclusion of its 24th Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting. The meeting was held on April 27, 2026, at MNK House, New Delhi, commencing at 10:15 AM and concluding at 10:35 AM. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
