Jatalia Global Ventures Appoints New Directors Post NCLT Approval

Jatalia Global Ventures Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Baljit Singh, Ms. Honey Baljit Singh, and Ms. Upveen Harpal as Directors to its Board. This appointment is a direct consequence of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on July 9, 2026. The appointments were made after the Resolution Applicant, Norfolk Technology Services Limited, discharged its financial obligations as per the approved plan. The Monitoring Committee, chaired by Mr. Mohd Nazim Khan, facilitated these appointments. The company has filed the requisite Form DIR-12 with the Registrar of Companies and intimated BSE Limited regarding these changes.
