Trading Window Closure for Jatalia Global Ventures Ltd till 48 hours after Q4 Results

Jatalia Global Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the fourth Quarter ending March 31,2026. The date of the COC meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results is yet to be intimated.
