Jauss Polymers Appoints New MD, Directors, and Auditors at AGM

Jauss Polymers Ltd announced key appointments following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 30, 2026. Ms. Shipra Chauhan has been appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term. Mr. Aditya Chopra and Ms. Kritika Seth have been appointed as Whole Time Director and Executive Director, respectively. Additionally, Ms. Neha Shukla, Ms. Sweta Shah, and Mr. Santosh Prasad Kushawaha have been appointed as Independent Directors for five-year terms. M/s. MRB & Associates have been appointed as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. These appointments are effective from August 30, 2026, with some independent director roles commencing earlier in July 2026.
