Jauss Polymers Ltd has announced the resignation of M/s. Lalit Sharma & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, from their position as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 13, 2026. The resignation is attributed to professional and administrative reasons. The company has acknowledged the resignation and confirmed that there are no material disagreements or circumstances influencing this decision. Jauss Polymers Ltd will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor in due course and will make necessary disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
