JBM: Independent Director Dhanendra Kumar passes away

JBM Auto Limited announced the sad demise of Mr. Dhanendra Kumar, an Independent Director, on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Consequently, his directorship and all positions on Board Committees ceased effective from the same date. The company expressed deep sorrow and condolences, stating that his unexpected demise is an irreparable loss.
