Jay Bharat Maruti: Madhusudan Prasad Re-appointed as Director

Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Madhusudan Prasad as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 01, 2026, for a second consecutive term of three years, concluding on May 31, 2029. The decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2026. Shareholder approval for the re-appointment will be sought in due course. Mr. Prasad is not related to any other directors of the company and is not debarred from holding office.
