Jay Bharat Maruti Re-appoints Madhusudan Prasad as Director

Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Madhusudan Prasad as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of three years, effective June 01, 2026, to May 31, 2029. The re-appointment, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, was approved by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Prasad is not related to any other directors of the company and is not debarred from holding office.
