Jay Kailash Namkeen Appoints MRB & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Jay Kailash Namkeen Ltd announced the appointment of MRB & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Sanjay Chandrakant Rao as Additional Non-Executive Director, and Vipin Vishvanath Agrawal and Satnam Singh Chandok as Additional Independent Directors. Additionally, M/s Mamta Binani & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors. These decisions were made during a Board Meeting held on August 21, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
