Jay Kailash Namkeen Ltd to Acquire Jay Laxmi Snacks LLP for Rs. 5,40,80,000

Jay Kailash Namkeen Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) with Jay Laxmi Snacks LLP for a 100% takeover. The Target LLP is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of Namkeen and allied products, with a turnover of Rs. 309.85 Lakh (as on 31.03.2025) and Rs. 631.03 Lakh (as on 30.11.2025). The acquisition is expected to be completed within 6 months from the date of signing the MOU and will enable the company to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies, strengthening its long-term competitiveness and increasing revenue through expanded product offerings and customer base. The cost of acquisition is Rs. 5,40,80,000, and Jay Kailash Namkeen Ltd will acquire 100% shareholding and control of Jay Laxmi Snacks LLP.
