Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd. has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The company has also provided a web-link for shareholders to access the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026 and the notice convening the AGM.
