Jayabharat Credit Ltd. Receives Approval for Registered Office Shift to National Capital Territory of Delhi

Jayabharat Credit Ltd. has received approval from the Regional Director(Western Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the shifting of its registered office from 'State of Maharashtra' to 'National Capital Territory of Delhi'. The approval was granted based on the company's application under Section 13(4) of the Companies Act, 2013, and the alteration in Clause II of the Memorandum of Association has been confirmed. The shift is subject to the condition that no employee's interest will be adversely affected and there will be no jurisdictional change in the legal proceedings pending against the company.
