Jayabharat Credit Ltd to Consider and Approve Q2, HY 2025 Un-Audited Financial Results on 11th November

Jayabharat Credit Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 11th November, 2025. The meeting will consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2025. This is in accordance with Regulation 29 and Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
