Jayant Agro Organics Appoints New Director, CS; Approves Q1 FY27 Results

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd announced key management changes and approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Mr. Nilesh Bhadrakumar Shah was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) for a five-year term. Mr. Dinesh Mathuradas Kapadia transitioned from Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to Additional Director (Whole-Time Director) for a five-year term, effective August 1, 2026. Mr. Krunal Girish Veni has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The company also reported its unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY27, showing a revenue from operations of ₹35,448.58 lakhs.
