Jayant Agro Organics Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on July 31, 2026, and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were approved on both standalone and consolidated bases, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Bhadrakumar Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Dinesh Mathuradas Kapadia's designation changed from Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to Additional Director (Whole-Time Director) for five years, effective August 1, 2026. Mr. Krunal Girish Veni was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 1, 2026.
