Jayant Agro-Organics Ltd. Announces Merger with Jayant Finvest Limited, Resulting in Share Allotment

Jayant Agro-Organics Ltd. has announced a merger with Jayant Finvest Limited, as per the order of the National Company Law Tribunal dated August 29, 2024. Pursuant to the merger, Jayant Agro-Organics Ltd. has allotted equity shares to shareholders of Jayant Finvest Limited. The merger does not result in any change in the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter/Promoter Group of the Transferee Company. The merger was implemented in accordance with the Scheme of Merger by Absorption.
