Jayant Agro Organics Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results & Management Changes

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Bhadrakumar Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) for five years. Mr. Dinesh Mathuradas Kapadia's designation was changed from Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to Additional Director (Whole-Time Director) for five years, effective August 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kapadia will relinquish his previous role. Mr. Krunal Girish Veni was appointed as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 1, 2026.
