Jayatma Industries Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Jayatma Industries Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Shyamlal Jainarayan as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective October 09, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jainarayan is a Qualified Company Secretary with extensive experience in secretarial compliances, corporate governance, and legal matters. He will also serve as Key Managerial Personnel for determining the materiality of events and disclosures.
