Jaykay Enterprises Limited Signs MoU with Philips Corporation for Joint Venture

Jaykay Enterprises Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Philips Corporation, a subsidiary of Philips Machine Tools India Private Limited, to explore the possibility of setting up a Joint Venture LLP for supply and installation of manufacturing systems and accessories in India and global markets. The Joint Venture aims to synergistically expand each other's businesses and explore possibilities of setting up a manufacturing facility for supply of machines, systems, and accessories into Philips Corp Machine tools supply chain. The details of the proposed investment will be disclosed at the time of entering the Joint Venture Agreement and will also be hosted on the Company's website.,
