Jayshree Chemicals Board Approves Un-audited Results, Director Appointments

Jayshree Chemicals Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Shri Satish Kapur as an Independent Director and the re-appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Singhi as a Whole-Time Director for a further term of two years, subject to shareholder approval. The company noted the resignation of Independent Director Shri Rishi Bajoria. Additionally, the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee have been reconstituted. The 64th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
