Jayshree Chemicals: Board changes, Q1 results, AGM on Sep 1

Jayshree Chemicals Ltd's Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Shri Satish Kapur as an Additional Independent Director and the re-appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Singhi as Whole-time Director for two years, both subject to shareholder approval. Shri Rishi Bajoria's resignation as Independent Director was noted. Consequent to these changes, the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee were re-constituted. The 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 1, 2026, via video conferencing.
