Jayshree Chemicals Ltd. Announces Q3 & 9M Un-Audited Financial Results for 2025, Wind & Electric Divisions Discontinued

Jayshree Chemicals Ltd. has announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The company's Wind Power Division and Electric Division have been discontinued. The Windmill Division was sold to M/s Vaishnav Wind Infra Pvt. Ltd. for a cash consideration of Rs. 276.00 Lakhs on a slump sale basis. The Electric Division was closed as it contributed insignificantly to the revenue and net assets of the company. The company has prepared its financial results in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and SEBI regulations. The New Labour Codes have been made effective from 21st November 2025, and the company is evaluating the full impact of these codes on employee benefits liabilities.
