Jayshree Chemicals Ltd. Approves Q2 & H1 Financial Results for FY2025-26

Jayshree Chemicals Ltd. has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September 2025. The company's total revenue for the quarter is Rs. 2,520.01 Lakhs and for the half-year is Rs. 5,140.02 Lakhs. The net profit for the quarter is Rs. 186.80 Lakhs and for the half-year is Rs. 373.60 Lakhs. The company has also announced the sale of their Windmill Division to M/s Vaishnav Wind Infra Pvt. Ltd. and the closure of their Electric Division. The Board of Directors has decided to maintain the Books of Accounts and Statutory Registers at the Corporate Office.
