Jaysynth Orgochem Appoints Chhogmal & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Jaysynth Orgochem Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision, recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 5, 2026, is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 57th Annual General Meeting. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Chhogmal & Co., established in 1965, is a Mumbai-based firm with extensive experience in corporate services, including audit, taxation, and business advisory, serving major clients. They will succeed M/s. A H J & Associates, whose term concludes at the 52nd AGM.
