Jaysynth Orgochem Appoints Chhogmal & Co. as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Jaysynth Orgochem Ltd has appointed M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 5, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval. The new auditors will serve from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 57th Annual General Meeting. M/s. Chhogmal & Co. is a Mumbai-based firm established in 1965 with extensive experience in corporate services, serving major clients including Supreme Industries and Axis Bank. They will succeed M/s. A H J & Associates, whose term concludes at the 52nd AGM.
