Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. Ayurveda Panchkarma Hospital Empanelled Under Madhya Pradesh Power Company Contributory Cashless Health Scheme

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited Ayurveda Panchkarma Hospital has been empanelled as a Health Care Organization (HCO) under the Madhya Pradesh Power Company Contributory Cashless Health Scheme (MPPCHS) implemented by Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL). The empanelment authorizes the Company to provide cashless Ayurveda Panchkarma treatment to MPPGCL's regular and retired Officers and Employees and their eligible dependent family members opted for MPPCHS. The arrangement does not involve any related party transaction and does not fall under material contracts requiring disclosure beyond Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
