Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited's Board of Directors has approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and fixed Monday, September 28, 2026, as the date for the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at 12:00 Noon at their Zirakpur, Punjab office. The company also set Monday, September 21, 2026, as the Record Date for determining eligibility for the final dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share, subject to member approval at the AGM. The Book Closure period is from September 22 to September 28, 2026. Mr. Vivek Rawal has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the AGM.
