Jeena Sikho Lifecare Reappoints Forviz Mazars as Internal Auditor

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd re-appointed M/s Forviz Mazars LLP as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The Board of Directors approved this decision based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share.
