Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited's Board of Directors has approved the sale of land and building in Mohali, Punjab, for ₹9.05 crore to M/s VSB Enterprises. The property, measuring approximately 11 Bigha 02 Biswa 13 Biswasi, was utilized for business operations. Importantly, the company will continue to occupy and use the premises under a lease-back arrangement, ensuring no disruption to its business operations. The sale does not constitute a disposal of the company's undertaking. The transaction is with an unrelated party and is not a related party transaction. The revenue from the premises for FY26 was ₹46.47 crore (6% of total revenue), and its carrying value was ₹3.35 crore (0.72% of net worth).
